ok quick hard drive question

im just about done building my computer, just waiting on the Cpu to arrive, i just have a question, im putting in my HD I used on my old computer because it was an expensive hd, am i going to have to reformat and load windows xp again when i start up my newly built computer?

Yes you will have to reformat your harddrive and reload xp on it. sometimes you can get lucky and not have to but it is reccemmened that you do so all the drivers for everything is correct.
 
the quick answer to that would be yes, the instant you put it into a computer that has different hardware it will show you the blue screen of death, and the only way to get passed this is to repair the hard drive,

but reformatting is the easyest option
