Ok, so i have WMP11 and i wus wondering if anyone knows a good codec to play ACC files with it and MP4 video fiiles...
also anyone know if it works with iPods?

A. I dont know of a AAC(NOT ACC) codec or MP4 but im sure there is

B. No iPods are iTunes only

typo, i meant AAC... ok anyone else know of a codec??

and aren't there 3rd party plugins and/or tweaks that might make the iPod work well in WMP??? that would b leagal right?

Legal yes, supportted no and there are they just nevver worked for me
 
o, i know some players that support it... iTunes (what i use now), and so does WinAMP, but i just got WMP11 and really like it but i wanna be able to play AAC, and if possible use my iPod on it...
 
Right. Micro$oft wants you to play their files with their player. They've invested bucks into developing .wma files, and they're selling music in competition with Apple. Enabling WMP to play a competitor's file format isn't in their best financial interest.

The fine people at Nullsoft don't care one way or the other, so they make a player that plays anything.
