OK What The?

i took one of my GPU's out to put into my second computer for my mate to use later today. now every time i try to start it, it freezes on the bios post screen i can sometimes get into the bios but when i exit it it will crash in the post screen. what the hell is going on. it gets to detecting IDE devices and crashes.
iv gone to just running basic hardware and different RAM and still does the same thing. do you guys think the mobo has died?

yeah did that and it didnt do nothing

lol dont know about that, i almost punch it, everything i tried didn't work, i try old ram stick and still nothing, put my OCZ stick and it worked, and is running fine so far.
