I would recommend getting a motherboard that is compatible with DDR2 800, as that is the standard. The Intel P965 chipset is great, and two motherboards that are excellent are the ASUS P5B and the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 (or the Gigabyte GA-965P-S3, if you are more cost conscious). As well, that power supply is Subpar. Take a look at this:

Most people say 800 and 533 basically end up being the same speed. I've never compared the two, so I can't really say how well that holds.

Also, that motherboard is open box... I'd suggest getting a new one if possible.
