so my dad gave me this itrax media player, and i don't know what file types for video it supports... I've tried .mp4, .flv, and .avi but it say "unknow media type" (its a poor translation... plenty of engrish in this thing

So does anyone know what file types it supports? There's no mdoel number or anything on this thing... It does not look like an ipod... looks more like an iphone, but smaller, if it helps.
The videos i have are all in .flv format, which it won't play...
