Okay, something is wrong here

This is relating to the build in my sig. I've had problems with sound chirping under load for a while, but my problems have gotten worse. I have a 955 BE, debatably the best AMD chip out today and overclocking is just **** right now. I used to get a stable 4.0GHz, but with the stock settings now, opening FaceBook can give me BSOD and any attempt at overclocking results in a quick BSOD reboot. I have a feeling some part of my system is faulty, but I can't figure out what it is.
 
Does it mostly freeze up/Blue screen? Or does it just flat out restart? If its restarting on you it could be the power supply, that one should power it fine (I would try another one if you have it before going that route). Could be something as simple as a driver.
 
Well, I ran it a while ago like 3 times when my sound was skipping... like it is now... and it came up all good. I'll run it again a while after posting this.
 
Test came out 100% good. Note: For some reason, my computer won't run the 3.5, only the 3.4. When I try to run 3.5, it says Multi-CPU or Single-CPU... when I choose Multi, it just shows the normal MemTest screen with some error, and when I choose Single, it loads like 80% of one test and then my system reboots. Only 3.4 actually does a test.
