Old compy upgrades for starcraft 2!

Hello, I just had a friend give me an e machine et1161-05 and I was pumped because my old compy cant play the old starcraft well.lol Anyhow, I want to upgrade the one he gave me so that It can Handle starcraft 2 when I comes out. I don't have the money to max it out, I just want it to run with not much lag and look good. Right not the compy has a

amd athlon Le 1620 2.4 ghs cpu and basicly no vid card but a nvidia geforce 6150se with a pci slot.

What do you think I should do?
Do I need to up the cpu before I get a new vid card?
Like a phenom 2 4x? And Is that something that is easy for a noob to handle on his own?

You cant just stick any processor in there, they have to be of the same socket, and have to be supported by the motherboard.

Same goes for video card, just because you have a PCIe slot doesn't mean it will support it, hell, it won't support it because it is emachines and has a pile of crap power supply in there. You will haev to get new power supply and new video card atleast, but then the CPU most probably won't support the game as it is single core, so you will need a new CPU, and if you want to futureproof it as much as possible, you will need to get a new motherboard too.

you will effectively need a full new computer
