im tring to find a use for some 80 MB hard drives. and yes i do mean mb not gb. any suggestions?

i do the same thing but with my old hd that is 1 gig, I use it as a flash drive haha its PATA so its very compatable with other computers

Smallest HDD i have is aan old IBM 6Gb. Its not quote as small as the ones you guys have but i use it to store my digi cam pics on, i also use it as a temp drive for little things that are waiting to be transferred to a permanent location.

Trizoy..

1. Why would you leave a 40GB hard drive in the trash? If you didn't want it, you probably could have sold it on e-bay, or to a friend!!

2. Why are you digging in the trash... Your obviously not poor, or you wouldn't have left a 40 GB hard drive there...

I have a dell 8400, and It is SATA.. If i want to plug in a IDE i need to buy another ide to sata converter ($30). I am already pushing in upwards of 500gb on my pc.. (from additional HD's).. Anyway if you go to the store you can get a brand new *reliable warantied 300gb hd for like $95... In my opinion the garbage should be left in the garbage..

about the diggin in the trash thing... I was walking by and noticed about 4 pc thrown away... Wanted to see if they had anything... I could use. The garbage can is only about 3 foot tall and used for cardboard.. (someone obviousl threw them away in the wrong bin).

Seriously guys.. 80mb drives? 6gb drives? Or even 10? I could download enough stuff to fill those up in a night... Not worth the hassle to install, and maybe damage another piece of the PC.
