I am just curious I have a old 120gb PATA seagate and I was curious it seems to be working over time all the time now even when idle I ran HD Tune to check its health and I get this

It just seems a bit louder to and seems to work harder during typical play now. I have seen the temp hit 50c so I put a small 80mm fan with some tooth picks under it to blow air on it. Hasn't moved past 35c since.

There a good program that could tell me if anything is screwing up on it? I use it on my old Athlon 4000+ single core I do mostly video converting on it all day.

Though I gotta say I dunno what your hours are but 30,000+ seems like a ton hahaha to think it was my first PCs hard drive ^-^

my HDD has a spin retry problem also. Exact same score as yours, if anyone could tell me what to do about it, please let us know.

Wow, 30,000 hours = 3.4 years!

Spin Retry:
Count of retry of spin start attempts. This attribute stores a total count of the spin start attempts to reach the fully operational speed (under the condition that the first attempt was unsuccessful). A decrease of this attribute value is a sign of problems in the hard disk mechanical subsystem.

In other words, don't worry about it.
