Old PCMCIA TV Card

I recently purchased a TV View Gold Card (PC to TV video converter) and DUMB ME misread the box and missed the bit where it said - Windows 9x compatible only. Anyway i really need this thing to work. If I can get it to work it will be very useful.

Okay, short of making my laptop dual boot (win xp and win 9X), or down grading to Win 98 (which i will never do), is there something I can install like a windows 98 emulator that will let me use the card with its current drivers?

maybe if you try to run the software in compatability mode, or plug your TV tuner in then see if xp auto installs it

edit: can't you just send it back and get a xp compatible one

I'ave tried auto install and no joy.

I will try to run compatibility mode....can you refresh my memory how to do this please?

This particular one has been discontinued and I don't think anyone makes/sells PC to TV video outputs cards.

for compatability mode right click on the softwarea appl, select properties>compatability then there all your oprions are, btw is this a tv output or tv input you are trying to use?
