Hi, I have a continuous beeping noise from my desktop due to the cpu being overheated. I invested in thermal paste only to find out that my cpu is innaccessible much to my frustration. I am unaware how to remove my cpu heatsink as it seems unmovable. Please advise

How is it inaccessible? It's a desktop pc is it not? Can you post a picture of the cpu area? From what I've read online, that system is quite old and should be replaced with something newer anyway.
