Old spare laptop i3 330M OC

Hey guys, I've never overclocked a an intel before, can anyone give me some tips? I tried booting into the bios and locating "System performance" and it wasn't there lol. I just want to OC a few Mhz from 2.133 to about 2.4 or 2.5 just for some performance boost. This boost will be on ALL THE TIME so inform me if it is unsafe! I have a cooling pad and don't have heating issues and don't care about my battery. I know that the life of the thing might not last but I'm ok with that too as long as it's over a year lol! I don't even know where to go from here and I feel this is a good place to start :)

System is:
NV79 Gateway Laptop
intel i3 330M Laptop processor (@2.133Mhz)
500GB HD
8GB ram
idk what else you need :P

Yeah most lock you out from doing it, and for good reason. They'll overheat in nothing flat and you're gonna have a bad time.

Denther, love the headphones in your pic (got a set myself) and I love the reference ;D Thank you guys! I guess this is as far as this laptop will go then :P
