Anyone know if this is worth buying?

In regards to gaming (skyrim or bf3) and 3D modelling would it be good? And for upgradeability, the case seems to be good, athe motherboard is a bit old I think but i dont know really.

Any comments would be great!

No, not worth it, it would run the games fine, but I would not pay more than $600 for that. Not 1,000. That's crazy, that's probably what he built it for.
