Olympus Photos

So, if I recall correctly, all of the photos taken from my olympus camera were stored in a deep sub folder in a hidden folder called application data under the HDD, documents and settings and then my user folder. This was with XP Pro. I then upgraded to 7 and that HDD became a back up. So the million dollar question is how do i get my photos back (since that file was "hidden")??????????????????????????

Click on the drive, and in a Search box, type .jpg

Well, if you want to view hidden files/folders, go to the directory where the folder supposedly is, on the top (the toolbar), go to:

'"Tools" --> "Folder Options" --> "View" --> Scroll down to the second folder ("Hidden files and folders") --> Click "Show hidden files and folders" --> Click "Apply" then "OK"

The hidden folders should appear. Hope it helps

Windows 7 is a little different than that. It's just like Vista.
