ok so u know the little plate thing on the back of the case that all the plugins usually run through (like monitor cord, usb etc)...well my mobo came with one and i cant figure out how to get it on....is it supposed to clip into place or do i glue it (i doubt that)

you're suppose to push it in. I forgot if it went it from the inside or outside, but it does take a good push and maybe a little bang with a screwdriver butt.

clips from the inside, it may be easier for you to attach it to your motherboard first and then push it in.

dont forget that you actually need to take the generic one out of the case first, then put your one in that came with the mobo, it goes in from the inside, just give it a good push and perhaps hit it with a scredriver or somethign.

Just apply pressure from the outside in, then when putting in the new one, push from the inside. Don't be afraid to apply pressure, it takes quite a bit.

thanks for the help everyone i got it in...but i gotta ask why the case even comes with a gereric one if u always have to take it out?

read somewhere that they put it in because they have to or maby for those cheaper mobo thats probably dont come with one so they use the standard kind.

yeh, im not sure really, but if you look at the layout of it, it is realyl basic, like no hole for USB ports, its literally got PS/2 ports, VGA and serial/parallel ports, oh and sound aswell.

So perhaps its for real low end motherboards or crappy ones
