Onboard video or 6600

I have this Mobo http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128056 with a X2 AMD 5000 processor do you think I should use my Nvidia GeForce 6600 video card or the onboard? I dont do much gaming or anything but Im just curious which is better

The 6600 would be worlds better in anything capable of GPU acceleration..

That is what I was thinking, even though the card is a few years old it still seems better than onboard. I mean it is PCI 16X which is not to bad

Yea I would use the 6600 over the onboard.
