Heres the problem

I go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, and try to delete 'Dell Jukebox By Musicmach.

After I click on that in the control pannel to remove, here is what comes up.

I then click ok, and then yet again, another message comes up-

I once again click ok, then the normail Add or Remove Programs page comes up..all I am trying to do it remove the program.

Any suggestions?

try re installing it then uninstalling it, i have problems like that all the time, though never looking quite so intimidating
 
hes talking about the big red x on the popup message :)
MusicMatch isn't a real big install so if reinstalling then uninstalling isn't an option just don't use it anymore or delete it manually.
Why were you trying to delete it? Just delete the *.exe

that doesn't do a lot, why not delete the entire folder and all shortcuts to it? sure the registry entries are still there but at least it would be sort of uninstalled then.
 
Have you tried to uninstal it while in Safe Mode? You could delete as suggested above and then delete any reg entries if your brave :). If not then there are actualy some good programs that would remove the reg entries for you.
