once again, Pentium D oCing

i have a few changes from last planned OC.i still have 2 HDD fans, 3 case fans and a stock CPU fan but w/ arctic silver.
1. is AS nessecary?
2. how far can i get it?

1. AS isn't necessary, but it is helpful.
2. You can get as far as you can.

The main thing to remember is to watch your temperatures. That will most likely be the main issue.
