One long beep, 3 short beeps

I added a netgear wireless networking PCI adapter, then removed the driver, turned my computer off, removed the hardware. I turn on my computer and it updated windows XP ESCD. I turned my computer off, then install linklsys hardware for a PCI wireless network card. turn on my computer, and it has one long beep and then 3 short beeps. No clicking and bios doesn't even load up. I removed all AGP and PCI cards, disconnected everything except ram, cpu. I unplugged the power supply from motherboard and plugged it back in and still does it. I am not sure what is wrong. Does anyone have an idea?
 
1 Long, 3 Short Video adapter failure Bad video adapter or memory recheck you memory and make sure its in all the way and the same with your video card
