One of my accounts was cookie grabbed it was my main neopets account that was stolen sent in tickets to neopets no response ill post what happened:
I tried to refresh the page I was on before I left for work which was my main acarazrawkz42 it took me to the login page and I thought thats odd well maybe it was because my neopets session ran out seeing as though I hadnt done anything in 7hoursish because I left from work my pw and user comes up I have it to remeber me so then I just clicked login then it says it was a bad p/w I thought maybe I was typing my pw in wrong and continued trying until it told me I had to wait an hour before I can try again I dont understand how this could happen... Im trying to think of any and all details to put into this to prove this is my account and im so upset I can barely think straight
I just recently put together all the pieces from the 3rd tyraNNian map for which I got an electric blue paint brush I put to gether the 2nd as well which I believe I got a blue pb as a prize neomails I had in my inbox a few tyrannian winner emails possibly hasses bounce also a neofriend of mine about our new kiko
so my question since I have had no reponse from neopets on how this happened and what I need to do to get my account that was stolen back is there a way for me to cookie grab to get the password that the person that stole mine changed they also changed the e mail I had registered with the account so I couldnt retrieve it and I always had it on auto login so its not as if I typed the p/w wrong please help someone im losing my mind about this
