Online Backup

I am looking for some advice regarding to level of online backup provider safety. I somehow found mozy. Is it a hassle-free way to securely back up even your most sensitive files online? Would you say so? Also, can you access your files at any hour whatsoever? Is there a guarantee for that? And how would the synchronization between mozy and smartphones work?

Honestly, I would use dropbox. They have free accounts, and you can upgrade to more space later if you need it. As far as smartphones, I'm pretty sure they already have them integrated with android and ois.
