Only Windows Media Player will work with TV monitor

Videos won't play on the TV from Windows Media Player Classic, ZoomPlayer, or GOM Player. Only from Windows Media Player. It may be a codec or filter I have to disable to make it run.
 
Many times with multi-monitors or TV Out, the video overlay will only play on the primary display. Confirm your TV is set as the primary display. Or some graphics cards will allow you to select where the video overlay will be played.
