Yeah am in deep waters now , well not really, i've forgotten 2 of my passwrods.
One include for Symantec Antivirus on the webserver
and the other one for the Admin Interface for IM (instant messaging)

so ok i don't mind re-installing the Im and re-configure, for me thats not a problem, but im worried about Symantec, any ways i can recover it ?
i don't wanna go into the hassle of uninstalling/and rebooting.
(thats a server not a PC)

baf, i uninstalled symantec. now thats sorted out.
I also removed the IM , but i did something really stupid, i disabled the network connection so i can re-install the IM server for configuration and i when i was done, i closed my session and didn't enable the network, so stuipid.

all sorted !

if u don't solve the symantec download the Norton removal tool from the symantec site, and then try to delete all local files manually after you'd uninstalled it.
