open a blocked page

Hi all
in my office the it department has blocked youtube.
i try to open youtube using IP address. it works but i cannot play any video.
and receive error msg. " an error has occured, please try again latter"
i also cannot download any video. I copy the URL and past it in youtube downloader. it also give error msg."sorry link not found".
i also try anonymouse.org but its also the same.
is there any way to play or download videos from youtube.

They are obviously blocking it for a reason at your schoo, ahem, I mean your 'office'. Why not spend some time on homewo, err, I mean, 'work'.
