Open a page when connected/Set homepage

I finally got my own dial-up service up and running, but since its free, I plan on making it go to a "connected" page with text ads on it once anyone connects so I can afford the phone lines.

Can anyone help me with this?

I'm using Google Adsense, and I'm currently using a phone line for $10/hour. Fortunately, soon I will move to the Ooma Telo.

You could set up a captive portal with something like Untangle, pfSense or Packetfence, to name a few.
