It should work just like a Retail purchase, it just doesn't include anything
but the specific item.

You can only return it within 30 days for a refund. That's what it say...might want to call Newegg and verify. You should read about Newegg's "open Box" policy first before you purchase anything. When you get it, don't wait to fire it up and test the crap out of it

I'd have to say no, but I've heard of people ordering Open Box or OEM
items that did come with accessories. You may get lucky.?
