Not sure if this is the right forum, but I have a small question. This isn't even that serious, but it bugs the crap out of me. BTW, I'm running Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
I accidentally messed up doing something about a year ago, and set it so that when I'm navigating through folders, each time I open a new one a new window pops up. How would I make it so that I can navigate just in one window?
Ok, so here's what I did that messed it up. In Tools >> Folder Options, I went to File Types tab at the top. For the "Folder" file type, I clicked on the Advanced button and changed the action for it to something else (not sure what it was before, but now I can't get it back to what it was before. the new action now is "explore" I think). Oh and there is a check box below that that says "Browse in same window" but it's unchecked and I can't check it.
Does anyone know how to fix this to make it go back to the way it was? I'm getting tired of always having to open new windows whenever I want to browse through my folders.
