Opera

I love this internet browser. Is it a too good to be true program? I find that on my pc this program is eternally faster than firefox, chrome, or IE. I don't use my browser for much these days, but I think I might now. I love the light feel of it and the basic functionality I've been looking for. Someone tell me the catch.

I dont know the catch lol, But I could say it is a good program what are you running it on a Mac? I like to use it but like the stuff that FireFox has.

I can think of a slight catch, you can`t install XP updates lol.But you can by getting the updates to install automatically, hence why i said slight catch, and also you can`t download videos using real player with opera.
And i agree Opera is the best browser.

Just because you install Opera, you can still use IE for updates. I have had IE, Opera, Crome and Firefox installed.

I was a long-time Firefox fan until about 3.0, then I think they went downhill. Chrome had a very basic look but wasn't very basic at all, creating multiple processes of chrome.exe due to tab-tearing issues. So I've been searching and searching and I think I've found the answer is, at least for now, Opera. And no, I'm on a PC. It's just a somewhat old computer.

I've used Opera before, it got hijacked... -_-, not saying that it was the browser's fault, maybe it was because of my lack of a good anti-virus. I'm now a proud user of Firefox and Google Chrome.

I'm using Opera 10.10 browser. It is extremely fast and stable. I find it almost as quick as the speed king Chrome II. The only major draw back for me is, I can't download you tube videos into Real player. After using Opera 10.10 with mouse gestures, even Firefox 3.53 seems slow and dragging.
