Hi guys...
I am a noob to this PC techy stuff and just looking for somw help on a few matters...
“Operating Systems are necessary to allow a machine to multitask.” Can anyone help explain this statement with reference to the role of interrupts, system calls, process management and the running of concurrent processes.
Any useful links wud also be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
