Any Opinions?

If your interested my GPU is ATI HD Radeon 4670 and my psu is a 450w Do I need to upgrade that?

Dont waste your money Elimination on old tech. Get a 1155 combination, found these browsing ebuyer.

Motherboard £115
Asus P8P67 Socket 1155 USB 3.0 Bluetooth 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard
Ebuyer code 248960

CPU £148
Intel Core i5 2400 3.1GHz Socket LGA 1155
Ebuyer code 251595

And do you really need 8GB of Ram? Not at this time I dont think...
Ram £40
Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz/PC3-12800 XMS3 i5 Memory Kit CL9(9-9-9-24) 1.65V
Ebuyer code 173122

Total £303 inc VAT

Just £10 more than your build and will perform better and is more future proof ( has USB 3 and 2nd generation core i5 ) you dont need 8GB of ram but if you must then it can be had for an extra £30 or so. Think about it you know it makes sense, don't throw money at old tech.

As for your GPU and PSU it all depends on what you want to do on your PC, what games do you play if any? And at what resolution? What programs do you use? If you come back with that info and more of a budget I have some suggestions.

I will do some heavy video editing + photo editing along with programming and streaming high def moves and games on high-Max such as TF2, CS, CSS, COD7, CO, Need for speed etc

Also I was aiming to have a 3.2Ghz+ CPU and before you say just overclock it to like 3.6ghz or something but I have 0 experience with overclocking and don't want to try it out on new stuff.

#edit-2
What about:
[Asus]
Asus P8P67 Pro Socket 1155 Sandybridge Intel P67 ATX Intel Motherboard £144

cant find a cpu(i5 3.2ghz).
