Opinion on this Rig

Ive got a guy offering me this rig for $400 and I was wondering if this is considered a decent deal or if I should offer less. Would appreciate anyone's two cents on this.

AMD Phenom, 9950 Quad Core Processor 2600 mhz
ATI Radeon HD5700 series
500GB hard drive, sata 16mb cache
8 gigs of RAM
Super Multi CD-DVD dsk
Cooler Master 550 power and cooling supply
Super fast wireless card.

Also comes with a 21 inch lcd Acer display, keyboard and wireless mouse.

Still trying to find out about it's sound card.
