Opinions on Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe Motherboard

Okay, I recently received a Epox EP-8RDA+ motherboard, AMD Athlon CPU, 1GB Corsair RAM, ATI Radeon 9700 Pro video card, 1 Seagate 120GB hard drive and a 10GB Maxtor hard drive along with some fans and a dvd burner. Oh, and I have a Antec case with a 460-watt PSU.

Well, some of you may recall the problem I had with the Epox board. I am just going to buy a brand new board and CPU.


I was thinking of the ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe board matched with the AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1GHz CPU from newegg. Here are the links....

Any opinions on this pair of hardware?
 
Its not going to work your video card though. The MSI K8N Neo2-F is suposed to be good for socket 939 and AGP.
