Right now I have 650 left. Any reccomendations for the Processor, Video card and Ram?

in my opinion I would spent more on the cpu becase you can always upgrade them.. RAM you can just add later, and I'd "less" good brand becasue I don't think it matters that much.

ya id do the e6400 or even the e6600. other than that, it looks good.

I do agree, you should look into either the E6400 or E6600.
