Opinions on my Photo Restoration in Photoshop?

This is my first project with the aim of restoring an old and tattered photograph. I have managed to clean it up fairly well in my opinion, but I want some advice as to how I can further improve it. I'm not sure whether to soften it up and remove the 'grainy' effect due to it being old, or whether I should just leave it, as some may argue is gives a somewhat nice effect? Also, what do you think about the skin tone, is it too 'one toned' and needs more depth?

Any advice would be great :)

For some reason the image is not loading on my computer when I view this page, so here's a quick link to it if you cannot see it: http://postimg.org/image/jqe4xusxj/

Edit: I am also now aware of the tattered bit I missed in the lower left corner!

Very good toby especially considering the bad condition of the original, the only part that is noticeably different is the eyes, the right eye is much darker than the left.

But overall very impressive and great rescue of an old photo :)
