Options for X2 notebook

Next week I'll be getting a new notebook. I'm going with a Clevo notebook, it's the same notebook chassis that Pro-Star builds their 9068 with. I was originally going to go with a single core AMD processor but I'm opting for an X2 for all the DivX encoding I do. Here is what I have planned so far:

As far as upgrades go I'm definitely going with an internal Bluetooth/WIFI card and a DL DVD burner. They offer a WUXGA+ screen upgrade for another $95 but all I think I'll get is better resolution. Is 1920x1200 versus the WSXGA+'s 1680x1050 really worth the extra money? Is the picture better or is it just the resolution. Could Battlefield 2 even play at 1920x1200? Playing BF2 and watching DivX movies is about all this notebook will be used for (my DivX movies are on my portable player so there is no need for bigger hard drives). If anyone has any opinions or suggestions let me know. Thanks.

Well the higher resolution is great only on a 17"+ screen, but that of course is personal preference. With a high resolution (WSXGA & WUXGA), you're going to get a sharper screen. With a sharper screen with come smaller fonts and icons- some people forget about that and hate it. Will a DVD "look better" on a sharper screen? Yes, but only when windowed. When you do fullscreen it may tend to show a picture that doesnt seem to be its native resolution. High res is great for games, but you're gonna need the power to run them at higher res.
 
Thanks LE and Omega. If I watch a movie it's usually at full screen. The 7800 GTX is the top of the line GPU but I don't think BF2 will play at that res. Anyone know for sure.
