Is the price gonna stay at 39.99 or will it go back up after this weekend. I really want to get it but cant get it today. grr. hope it stays.

i already own css but i was gunna purchase tf2 on steam for 30 looks like im gunna own to CSS accounts lol

It allows you to give away your second copy to someone. So it doesnt go completely to waste, you can make a new friend or give a good game to an old one
