Stupid question that I know has an easy answer, but when I go to Start > All Programs in XP Pro, I see all of my application folders... in the order in which I installed them. How can I change it to alphabetical order?

click'n'drag, simple as that.

That might take a while.
Easiest thing is to right-click on any item in that menu and select "sort by name".

Aha! Thanks! I knew it was there somewhere because I've done it before. I was trying to click on the white space, which doesn't have that option.
