Orthos error question

I was doing an orthos test on my CPU and RAM in a Blend test while simultaneously using ATI Tool to run my GPU at full to see how hot they got as both my CPU and GPU are overclocked. I was also using a multimeter with a temperature sensor to show me how hot my case got. After 12 minutes 16 seconds oorthos stopped with an error which reads:
1:FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4

Can anyone tell me what this means? Is it an error with my CPU or RAM? My CPU (Core2 Duo E4400) is overclocked from 2.00 to 2.6 gHz (260 x 10). My RAM is somewhat mismatched, they are both the same speed (PC2-5300) but one stick is a Corsair 512MB and the other is a Kingston 1GB.

I don't know specifically, what it refers to.. But frankly it could be either or. DIMM timings could be too tight, you may need to up the DIMM voltage. CPU voltage may be too low, or you may have hit the ceiling with your OC. Anyhow, it signifies your OC is unstable. Try to remedy all of the above, maybe try a divider on the RAM, if you believe it has been OC'ed too much... Basically just try to ensure and establish a more stable overclock.

I should probably also add that the 512 mb stick of RAM is single sided and the 1 gb stick is double sided, could this cause a problem?
