OS from ASUS

I recently got a computer from asus,

i7 7xx.
6 GB Ram ddr3
Gefore gts330m

blah blah blah.

Problem is, it seems like my old laptop,-now its my sister's- runs much better then this one when it comes to performance in WINDOWS, nothing like gamings and stuff.

My old laptop had beta version of win7. My new one has its own genuine win7 with bundles which i already took care of.

Y is that?

And, it has some problem with keyboard related with freaking touchpad driver. Any ideas to make it better? Heard keyboard issues will go away as long as I uninstall its driver. But how will i be able to disable touchpad using hotkey? wish windows supports disabling touchpad with laptop hotkey.
 
yup, in fact, laptop feels very solid and well made except, for some reason, all the bundles that is included with package seems wasting so much of ram... i have 6 gb ram ddr3, already occupying 50% with no other program installed. I had to erase from start-up list, however, some program couldn't be taken off from start up list which still cause some memory consumtion.. well.. i think it should be alright since those programs r pretty useful
