os help please..

can you give us a more detailed description of whats happening.

when you start the pc does it power up at all ?

does it get to the initial bios screen ?

how far into windows startup does it get ?

can ya boot in safe mode. restart and tap the 'F8' key then start in windows safe mode would be a place to start.

it only has power but doesnt run. the only thing working is my power supply. the bois doesnt run.

Sounds like a motherboard problem. Could you let us know the make and model of pc? Is the screen just black when you turn it on or doesn't it even turn on?

If the screen just stays black try and plug in a external monitor and if that does not work then I am going to go with motherboard.
