Others can't view my site.

I am using IIS to set up a web server. When I go to my site I can see it but when other people try it it doesn't come up. I have a dynamic IP....I think(I use COX w/o a router). I've followed a few tutorials with no success. If you need more info please tell me what else you need to know.

What are you typing into your browser to view the site?

Have you forwarded the ports correctly in your router?
