Oulook Express on Vista Basic??

Hi,
I just got a new laptop running Vista Basic and would like to know if it is possible to install Outlook Express?? I have read it is no longer supported by MS.

I have set up Outlook, but loved the feature in OE that I could create a new mail for multiple sending’s, i.e. Job application and CV.
And its a simple program to use
If so, where can I safely download this?

OR

Is there another programme where I can use a similar facility?

Windows Mail should be integrated with Vista. It is the successor to Outlook Express. Looks and acts a lot like OE.
