Out of these cards, which would be the best for encoding and transcoding?

I want to get a lower end card to encode and transcode media. Out of all these cards I'm about to list, which would you personally choose? I want the most value out of the card. Every card on this list is fanless.
8400GS, 512MB
9400GT, 512MB
9500GT, 512MB
GT 210, 512MB
GT 220, 1GB
GT 240, 1GB
GT 430, 1GB

I'd take the GT 430. Newest card, newest features, best performance (of the cards you listed)

This will just be used for encoding and transcoding. I think that the 430 would be the best choice, but I am trying to get a mixture of cost, heat, and performance.
