Outlook 2002

Has anyone else experienced the fact that within Outlook 2002 when you send an e-mail and it fails to send, (rcp host errors, other mail server errors, etc.) it puts the e-mail "Undeliverable" back in the Inbox? In previous versions of Outlook the e-mails didn't leave the outbox if there was a problem. Therefore if it is sporadic error you can just try resending multiple times until it comes through. So now, you have to open up the undeliverable in the inbox, cut and paste it etc and make another e-mail. For that reason, I use outlook express rather than Outlook 2002. Is there anyway to turn that off?

With the amount of issues you've posted on these forums, I would suggest
reinstalling your Operating System.

Your HP should have a Recovery utility built into a partition on your hard drive.
When you boot your pc, you should see a screen that says:
"Press F10 For Recovery"

Keep in mind you should back up all your documents first, such as your
pictures, Word documents, Music, etc.

All the servives which you have mentioned ( rcp ) they all belongs the Operaing system , so first of all go to Run > services.msc and and check the services if they are working fine or not .
if the services are filne then you need to run Sfcscan on your computer .
