Hi all,
Got a call from a customer, his address book in Outlook has disappeared. The only solution I can come up with is that someone has deleted it. However, there is one entry left in the book.
If he starts a new email and then starts typing into the "To" box, a list of email addresses appear. Where is the program finding this list from, bearing in mind that the address book is no longer there?
He has a back up, but that is in the same state as the original.
Any help please?
