outlook 2003 error

ok another office error (not mine though).
A colleague is trying to send a mail to a distribution list.
but each time she does it she gets " Microsoft word : an Internal Support Function Returned an Error "
Google search tells me to recreate the group, but damn that group has around 50+ contacts in it.Now thats a lot, anyways around that ?

BUMP ?... anyways does anybody know of a software that i can use to move contacts from DL1 to DL1 ? (DL = group or Distribution List)
as far as i know outlook cannot do that, can move to a folder though not to another DL, anyone ?
