My question first: Does anyone know how to convert the format of your "Personal Folder" in Outlook?
I just loaded Office 2003 on my computer that previously had Office 2000. I first uninstalled Office 2000 using add/remove in control panel. My problem has to do with Outlook. I checked the properties tab for my "Personal Folders" folder and the folder is in the old format(Personal Folders File (97-2002)). On any other machine I look at that has 2003 the format is listed as "Personal Folders File." I am concerned about this because I am starting fresh, creating new files in an old format and if I ever have to back up and restore these files they are not going to be compatable with 2003 unless they are converted.(something to do with unicode). Please help if you can. Thank you. Frank
