outlook 2003 help plz!!!

im at work and someone is having a major problem with their outlook. she sent herself an e-mail with an attachment, two powerpoints, and bcc'ed (blind carbon copied? I think thats the name) all the people to receive the e-mail. now she is getting about an e-mmail every ten minutes that says the same thing, something about undeliverable message. she does not want to recall it because she does not know if everyone read the message yet. Any suggestions?????

Undeliverable message

If she is getting this message(undeliverable message) Then the address she used is not working. It has a mis-spelled word or letter I would copy and paste the message into a new e-mail message and give it another go.

no, the email address was fine, it resolved itself when the lady actually opened the email. the weird thing is that we sent the message once, and she had the message in her inbox 5 times...
