Outlook 2007 *quick reply if poss*

Hello all,

I have a work colleague that is trying to have the calendar and the public diary next to each other so there both on the same page. It was set up like it but for some reason it has lost the settings.

The version is outlook 2007, if anyone could shed some light on the matter I will be very grateful.

EDIT: I can see the public diary in the public folders... how do I add that to the calendar in outlook so I can check the boxes for them to sit side by side.
