So I created some in the personal folder thing with names corresponding to things like Youth Group, Technology Newsletters, etc... and I was wondering if there was a way to get emails to automatically be placed in those folders. So I could basically tell it I want any of this email address to be automatically be put in the folder of my choice? Is this possible or is it just something that should be added to the next version of outlook?

I think it has a filter settings that you could set up to do that

Under "Tools" choose "Rules and Alerts" then "New Rule"

Tick the logical options that would "steer" the mail into those folders you made.
